urgh, I've debated it and still have no idea. So far, I've been advised to:
~ Go on msn and say to the guy 'I'm bored, should we play the truth game?' then ask him how he feels about me 
(this I know wouldn't work on that guy in particular, it's too childish. But might work on others)
~ Get friends to find out if he likes me (I did, they just told me he definitely does and I should essentially 'stretch out and wait'
~ Get him on his own and confront him about how he feels about me (sounds like an interrogation 
)
and that's all.

Why don't you just arrange to do something some day and then tell him that you really like him. If he doesn't say it back I assume you will feel sad for some time, but eventually life will go on.
